R.A.T. GEAR is the online store of Oy Air United International Ltd (Business ID: 3407337-1). The general contract terms, terms of use, delivery terms and return terms published on the website of the online store apply in the business relationship between the company and its customers. The company has the right to update these aforementioned conditions without prior notice. For every unauthorized product image, other image, video, recording or writing that we produce, we charge 250 euros / piece (VAT 0%) + 10 euros / day (VAT 0%) per object until the unauthorized use of the image, video, recording protected by copyright , writing or other similar has been disabled, the legal office's costs, possible trial costs and collection costs are also added to this amount, without amortization. In order to avoid the above-mentioned situation, we also sell usage rights to the materials we produce, in which case the price is 150 euros (VAT 0%) / image, video, recording or writing or something similar. These rights cannot be purchased retroactively.

The consumer also has the option of using the online dispute resolution forum maintained by the European Commission. These procedures are in writing.
Attorney fees will not be reimbursed, because the Consumer Advisory Board and the Consumer Disputes Board offer free help in resolving disputes.
The customer can file a lawsuit against the company regarding disputes arising from the debt relationship of the contract either in the district court of Varsinais-Suomi or in the district court of his permanent residence. If the customer does not have a place of residence in Finland, disputes will be handled in the district court of the company's domicile.
