R.A.T. GEAR Terms of Delivery

Delivery time

- Our delivery time is usually around 2-5 business days, depending on the product.

- The delivery time for some products varies between 9-28 business days (we will inform you about this separately in the product information of the products in the online store to avoid unpleasant surprises).

- Products ordered before 23:00 on weekdays will be shipped from us at 07:00 on the next business day.

- Products ordered before 23:00 on weekends/holidays will be shipped from us at 07:00 on the next business day.

- If for some reason the product you ordered is no longer available or the delivery is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible by email or phone (however, this should be impossible due to real-time inventory monitoring, but you never know in the wonderful world of the internet).

Up-to-date and updated delivery methods and prices are displayed at checkout after you have entered your country and address information.



Delivery countries

Up-to-date and updated delivery countries are displayed at checkout when you select the delivery country.



Orders / deliveries from other countries

If your country is not listed in the delivery country options at checkout, please contact us at info@rat-gear.com and we will make you an offer for the freight to the country of your choice.



Uncollected shipments

- Posti stores shipments for 7 days, after which the shipment is returned to the sender.

- Matkahuolto / Transmar stores shipments for 7 days in parcel machines and physical service points, after which the shipment is returned to the sender, and Jakopaketti for 4 days at the office, after which a storage fee of €6.88 per day is charged for the shipment and the package is stored for a maximum of 7 days.

- PostNord stores shipments in Sweden for 7 days, after which the shipment is returned to the sender.

NOTE! We will retain the costs of returning uncollected shipments. If the uncollected product has been granted free shipping based on the price or quantity of the product, the costs incurred will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Remember to fill in your contact information carefully when ordering so that the shipping company can send you a notification of the shipment's arrival!
