Delivery time
- Our delivery time is usually around 2-5 business days, depending on the product.
- The delivery time for some products varies between 9-28 business days (we will inform you about this separately in the product information of the products in the online store to avoid unpleasant surprises).
- Products ordered on weekdays will be shipped from us on the next business day.
- Products ordered on weekends/holidays will be shipped from us on the next business day.
- If for some reason the product you ordered is no longer available or the delivery is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible by email or phone (however, this should be impossible due to real-time inventory monitoring, but you never know in the wonderful world of the internet).

Delivery countries
Finland and Sweden.
Orders / deliveries from other countries
We do not ship orders to other EU countries due to the heavy costs and bureaucracy caused by the EU PPWR regulation. The registration in the country-specific Packaging Register, the required country-specific Authorized Representative plus fees according to the weight of the shipments, and the reporting to the country's register for even a single letter that is required by other EU countries, make the annual costs and workload completely unsustainable for small businesses. The same applies to each EU country separately.
When ordering outside the EU, please contact us at info@rat-gear.com for up-to-date shipping terms.
Uncollected shipments
- Posti stores shipments for 7 days, after which the shipment is returned to the sender.
- Matkahuolto stores shipments for 7 days in parcel machines and physical service points, after which the shipment is returned to the sender, and for Shared Packages for 4 days at the office, after which a daily storage fee according to Matkahuolto's price list is charged for the shipment, and the package is stored for a maximum of 7 days.
- PostNord stores shipments in Sweden for 7 days, after which the shipment is returned to the sender.
NOTE! We will retain the costs of returning uncollected shipments.
Remember to fill in your contact information carefully when ordering so that the shipping company can send you a notification of the shipment's arrival!
