R.A.T. GEAR Terms of Delivery

Delivery time
Our delivery time is usually about 2-5 business days, depending on the product.
- Products ordered before 23:00 on weekdays will be shipped from us at 07:00 the next business day.
- Products ordered on weekends / holidays will be shipped from us at 07:00 the next business day.
For some products, the delivery time may be longer, but we will inform you about this separately in the product information of the products in question in the online store to avoid unpleasant surprises. If for some reason the product you ordered is no longer available or the delivery is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible by email or phone (however, this should be impossible due to real-time inventory monitoring, but you never know in the wonderful world of the internet).
Delivery methods and prices FINLAND (excluding Åland Islands)
Letter – delivery cost €2.50
We send the lightest orders as a letter if it is possible due to its weight/size. A letter may take a few days longer to travel around the world than a parcel, but it will drop through the mailbox sooner or later.
Posti / Posti parcel – delivery costs €5.10-16.90
The order will be delivered to the nearest Matkahuolto pickup point. You will receive a notification from Posti to your phone/email when your order is available for pickup.
Posti / Home parcel €13.50-22.50
The order will be delivered to your door. Posti will notify the recipient of the arriving parcel via text message to agree on a delivery time.
Matkahuolto / Lähellä-pakket – delivery costs €4.50-15.90
The order will be delivered to the nearest Matkahuolto pickup point. You will receive a message from Matkahuolto on your phone / email when your order is ready for pickup.
Matkahuolto / Shared package 10.50-21.90€
The shipment will be delivered to the recipient's door (does not include a call).
Delivery methods and prices SWEDEN
PostNord - Pick-up package 12.20-33.30€
The order will be delivered to the nearest PostNord pickup point in Sweden.
NOTE! When ordering to Sweden, the customer is responsible for any customs fees.
Delivery methods and prices DENMARK
PostNord - Pick-up package 13.30-36.60€
The order will be delivered to the nearest PostNord pickup point in Denmark.
NOTE! When ordering to Denmark, the customer is responsible for any customs fees.
Orders / deliveries from other countries
Contact us by email at info@rat-gear.com, and we will check the prices and policies for the day.
Uncollected shipments
- Posti stores shipments for 7 days, after which the shipment is returned to the sender.
- Matkahuolto / Transmar stores shipments for 7 days in parcel machines and physical service points, after which the shipment is returned to the sender, and Jakopaketti for 4 days at the office, after which the shipment is charged a storage fee of €6.88 per day and the package is stored for a maximum of 7 days.
- PostNord stores shipments in Sweden for 7 days, after which the shipment is returned to the sender.
NOTE! For uncollected shipments, we will retain the shipping costs you paid and the costs incurred for the return. If the uncollected product has been granted free shipping based on the price or quantity of the product, the costs incurred will also be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Remember to fill in your contact information carefully when ordering so that Posti / Matkahuolto can send a notification of the arrival of the shipment.
