R.A.T. GEAR Return Policy

14-day right of return
During this period, the customer has the right to inspect the product in a manner that is considered to be the same in quantity and quality as the customer would inspect the product in an unopened sales package and its features when purchasing the product in a store.

The right of return only applies to unused, faultless, saleable products.
Products and product packaging must be in their original condition and all accessories and devices that came with the product, as well as tags, must be included in order for you to receive a refund for the product return in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Note! We do not provide free returns for our products. The costs incurred for the return will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. We also do not accept cash on delivery or other means of payment for shipments intended for the recipient. The customer is always responsible for the shipping costs of the products they return themselves.

Customer returns take 7-14 business days to process. This time consists of transportation time, processing time, and the time required for accounting procedures.
EVERY PRODUCT ORDERED FROM US IS INSPECTED BEFORE DELIVERY TO THE CUSTOMER TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

How do I make a customer return in Finland (excluding Åland Islands)?
* If there is a detected defect in the product or the product is broken due to a structural defect or manufacturing error, please contact our customer service by email at info@rat-gear.com (24/7) OR by phone at 050 369 6690 (Mon/Wed/Fri 5:00 PM-8:00 PM on weekdays), and we will give you instructions on how to proceed. Do not return the product without contacting us.
* If you are returning an intact and resaleable product within 14 days of the purchase date, please follow these instructions:

1. Attach a free-form message with the product to be returned, which contains the following information in clear handwriting (We need this information for possible contact if there are problems with the product return, and for making a refund. Making a refund is impossible if we cannot read your handwriting):

- Your name, address, email address and phone number
- Product(s) to be returned
- Reason for return (so that we can improve our service)

2. Pack the product in a suitable size package carefully and in such a way that the product is not damaged in transit. Note! Please do not make any markings on the original product packaging. Do not send the product without protective packaging. You are responsible for the shipment and its condition until it reaches us.

3. Check that each part of the product/package is packaged correctly and that all tags, labels and instructions, including any others that were delivered to you with the product, are included.

4. Slip the free-form message you wrote inside the package (see above) and close the packaging.

5. Make sure that there are no old address labels visible on the package.

6. Notify us of the customer return by email at info@rat-gear.com and we will provide you with an address in Finland where the product can be returned and provide us with the package tracking number for tracking.

7. Send the package to the shipping company of your choice (Remember to keep the return receipt!).

Note! Remember to keep the receipt and the return tracking number until the return has been processed and the refund appears on your account. Without a receipt or return tracking number, we cannot take responsibility for the possible loss of the return shipment.

How do I make a customer return in Sweden, Denmark and Estonia?

Refund
We will issue a refund / credit when we have received and processed your return (processing time 7-14 days). The refund / credit will be made by the payment service provider (Paytrail Oyj) to the payment method you used when ordering.
Note! We do not offer free returns for our products. The costs incurred from the return will be deducted from the amount to be refunded/refunded and the original shipping costs will not be refunded/refunded. If a product has been granted free shipping based on the price of the product or the quantity of products at the time of purchase, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund for the product return when the transaction is canceled.
