Legal basis and purpose of personal data processing
According to the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the legal basis for processing personal data is a contract or the person's consent.
The purpose of personal data processing is the execution of the contract (processing of the online store order), communication with customers, marketing communications and compliance with statutory obligations.

We hand over information to our partners operating in the IT, payment brokerage, transport and accounting sectors to enable the production of the e-commerce service. Our partners process your data in accordance with the EU data protection regulation.
The information of newsletter subscribers (name, e-mail address) can be processed in the newsletter service of companies outside the EU or the European Economic Area. In the US, these companies have registered with the Privacy Shield system and are thus committed to complying with the EU Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Principles of registry protection
