The equipment vest has a sturdy zipper and two quick-release buckles for closing the vest.
On the front of the vest, PALS lacing for attaching MOLLE compatible gear pockets or other accessories and Hook & Loop panels for badges or for attaching accessories.
The front also has extra padding, for example to prevent the backpack straps from chafing.
The size of the equipment vest can be adjusted from the laces on the sides with buckles.
Shoulder straps can be adjusted with Velcro.
In the back of the equipment vest, there is PALS lacing, Hook & Loop straps, a sturdy evacuation handle and D-rings on the shoulders for equipment.
On the inside, there are also zippered mesh pockets on both the right and left.
At the bottom of the vest, six loops for attaching the equipment belt.

What do tearms MOLLE and PALS mean?
MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment)
It is a system originally used by the United States military, which enables the modular construction of carrier equipment. MOLLE system is usually based around load-carrying chest rig or tacticalvest. The MOLLE system was originally developed by Natick Labs and it was introduced in 1997 and became popular in the early 2000s as used by US soldiers and NATO troops.

PALS consists of straps sewn to carriers and pockets for equipment and supplies attached to them. What is VELCRO®?
